We are looking for undertakings that meet basic criteria of private investors, so:

1. they have a big potential of growth and access to a growing market (preferably international)
2. they are on early stage of development: new or very young enterprise,
3. a limited company is already registered or there is readiness to open it,
4. a person or a team are devoted to the project and business success-oriented and they have   their vision for an undertaking’s development,
5. intellectual or industrial property rights are protected.
